The Reflex Ensemble is the core of REFLEX, a non-profit organization dedicated to bring together musicians and artists from various artistic fields, from Israel and abroad. The Ensemble was founded by Keren Rosenbaum, following the success of NEW VOICES, a one-of-a-kind interdisciplinary music festival that was held in Kibbutz "Kfar-Blum" in the Northern Galilee in 1997. The ensemble members, from Israel and abroad, cover a wide range of art forms including theatre, dance, video art, sculpture, performance art, photography, sound and lighting.

All of Ensemble's members share the passion for exploring, experimenting and performing high quality, cutting-edge music that responds to the latest trends in contemporary and avant-guard art forms, worldwide.
The ensemble is committed to create and perform uncompromising interdisciplinary music in cooperation with various composers and artists from all over the world, including a number of upcoming composers and creators.
The ensemble's productions were received with enthusiasm by audiences and critics alike. Productions were stages in the most prestigious venues in Israel, including the "Mishcan" Performing Arts Center in Tel-Aviv (Tel Aviv Opera house), the "Bezalel" art college in Jerusalem, the "ULTRA-SOUND" interdisciplinary festival at the Tmu-Na Theater in Tel-Aviv, the Suzan Dalal Dance and Theatre Center in Tel-Aviv, the "Shelter 209" performance arts center , the "Shenkin Community Center", the "Hed" College of music, the "Z.O.A" House in Tel-Aviv, "Ha'zira" Center for Performance art in Jerusalem, and "Art-Lab" Center of Digital Art in Hulon.
