Reenat Pinchas - Cello

Reenat Pinchas, age 19, has been playing the cello for eleven years. She first appeared as a soloist with local orchestras at age ten and has continued to concertize in many countries throughout the world. Reenat has attended international music festivals in Italy, Israel, Portugal, and France and has participated in masterclasses with many of today's leading cellists.

In 2001, she toured Europe as a soloist with the Westchester-Putnam Youth Symphony Orchestra in Austria, Slovenia, and Italy. In the spring of 2002, Reenat performed as a soloist with the Sebastian Chamber Orchestra, a Juilliard ensemble. Reenat was a top prizewinner of the NSOA Young Talent Competition and has appeared on radio and television networks performing Bach's Cello Suites. Reenat has studied cello for the past seven years withChagit Glaser. Currently, Reenat is a student of Bonnie Hampton at theJuilliard School.
